About us
Comfort in Crochet operates this website. For website or order enquiries, email [email protected]. Our legal owner and business postal address must be added before these terms are published.
Using our website
You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or interfere with other visitors. You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information.
Our content
Website text, photographs, designs and branding belong to Comfort in Crochet or their respective owners. You may view and print content for personal use. Commercial copying or redistribution requires permission from the rights holder.
Handmade products
Please read the product description, measurements and care instructions before ordering. Handmade pieces may have small variations in texture, size or finish; screen settings may affect colour. These variations do not remove your rights if an item is faulty or does not match its description.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges must be shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. If we discover a pricing or stock error, we will contact you to agree how to proceed or refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil.
Orders and delivery
An order is accepted when we send confirmation that your paid order has been accepted. An unpaid or cancelled checkout does not create a confirmed order. Checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates and any agreed dates will be provided before purchase. Unless a different period is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of acceptance. Goods remain our responsibility until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession.
Cancellations and returns
Our Returns & refunds policy explains cancellation, return and refund arrangements. Your statutory consumer rights apply to every purchase and are not restricted by these terms.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
Privacy and external links
Our Privacy policy explains how we use personal information. External websites, including social media and payment services, have their own terms and privacy notices.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms for future use and purchases; the version applying when your order is accepted governs that order. Please contact us first if something goes wrong. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of the UK country where you live.
